At Schwer + Kopka GmbH, we manufacture a wide range of process monitoring systems and machine data terminals, all ruggedly built for the use in harsh industrial environments. From a
low cost, compact unit for standard applications up to sophisticated high-end models with large
touch-screens for demanding users, our product range certainly offers the right solution
whatever your monitoring needs may be.

Our range of compact systems incorporate both, the graphical display and the electronic
monitoring hardware in a common enclosure. These systems are designed for monitoring
individual machines where the machine operator requires immediate access to the process
information provided by the monitor. 

The frontend systems have separate enclosures for the visual display with operating panel
(frontend) and the electronic monitoring hardware. This allows to build up systems which can
monitor multiple manufacturing units such as assembling robots or machining cells, and to
operate the entity through a central viewing and operating station. The respective monitoring
modules thus are all designed with Ethernet connection on board.

The data terminals are all PC based units with high resolution graphical colour displays and
touch screen operating panels. The terminals can be expanded at any point in time with a
separate module to give them full process monitoring capabilities. 

At Schwer + Kopka, we supply the entire system from a single source:
the sensors, the monitoring systems, and a comprehensive data collection system (SK-go!®) including multiple interfaces to your organization's ERP data processing system.

We keep all engineering and developing for both, hard and software, in our own hands which
enables us to quickly react to individual customer requests, and allows us to take over the full
system responsibility for all our products.
